Terms and Conditions
The items sold are delivered via national main stream courier companies. Any damage that occurs during transit should be reported back to us via email or phone call within 14 days after the item has been delivered. We will replace the damaged parts free of charge and the same applies to the non-transit faults which will be carried out within 14 days. We require the proof of the damaged items for example; a picture of the damaged item and which you can email us at: email@example.com.
The returns are accepted and the customers have 14 days cooling off period to return the goods.
The amount paid for the goods will be refunded less carriage and the customer has to pay for return postage and Re-Stocking FEE(15%). We can arrange the collection of goods and the charge will be deducted from the refund of the item. The amount will be refunded to the buyer once we will receive the goods back to our warehouse. The items should be re-packaged into the original packaging before the returns are preferred. If the original packaging cannot be provided, Kindly re-pack the items as securely as possible to prevent any sort of further damage to the goods during the transit.
